Square Button with logo - Hot linked logo in square button with company name. All logos displayed must fit within 120 x 120 pixels. Logos must be GIF formatted files and may NOT animated. Your web page or email address will be accessible by clicking on the square button.

Half Banner - Small banner ads 234 x 60 pixels placed in either the upper or lower third of the selected web page. Banners must be GIF formatted files and text will be considered as part of the ad. Linked to either web page or email address.

Full Banner - Large banner ads 468 x 60 pixels placed in either the upper or lower third of the selected web page. Banners must be GIF formatted files and text will be considered as part of the ad. Linked to either web page or email address.

Artwork - Advertising artwork can be provided to us in many different ways. Computer files can be sent to us via e-mail or on a disk through regular mail. Printed artwork can be sent via regular mail. We can design artwork for logos and banner ads. We reserve the right to modify the size and color depth of provided artwork for optimal compression. Or, you can give us a complete URL to the web location of your logo or ad, and we can extract it directly from there.

Animated Banner Ads - More complex animated banner ads are available for an additional charge. Additional artwork charges are provided on a quote basis. Please contact our office to discuss your ideas.

Homepage - If you do not have a web page, we can set up a temporary or permanent page for your organisation, with clickable hot-links on the ads. Contact our office for more details.

Contract Period - The minimum length of advertising for a simple text link or square button with logo is three months. The minimum length of advertising for banner ads, half or full, is one month.

Contract Start Date - Advertising can begin at any time during the month subject to space availability. Please allow 3-5 days for our receipt of your submission for your advertisement to be activated online. Placement of ads is subject to space availability and will be placed on a "first come first served basis". Philippe OnLine may in its complete discretion refuse the use of any advertising that it deems inappropriate, in respect of the host site character. No guarantee that usage statistics will be equal to any published numbers at any given time. Usage statistics are provided only as a courtesy to the advertising sponsor.

Legal Limitations - Sponsoring advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to (1) the advertisement and / or (2) any material to which users can link through the advertisement.

Payment Terms - Simple text links and square buttons ads are payable in advance. Banner advertising must include payment for the first month plus any artwork charges. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice. Once your artwork and payment is received, your advertising will be put online within 3-5 days, subject to space availability. You will be notified via email when your ad is placed. We fully reserve the right to remove any ads for which payments have not been received within two weeks of invoicing. Rates may be subject to change at the end of your advertising contract.

Ordering an Ad - To sign up for advertising, simply fill out the information on the Advertising Order Form , or you can send us an email describing 1) the type of ad you would like, 2) the ad location, 3) the ad duration, and 4) your billing information. Advertising orders can also be placed by telephone or fax as listed below.
